 We recently listed and bought a house using Linda Wilhelm as our realtor and we thought we should let you know personally that Linda Wilhelm was simply outstanding in helping us with these transactions. Linda is the BEST! When Linda says she is going to do something she does it and is very good about followiong thru on matters. We plan on selling another house in the near future and possible buying another and we certainly will use Linda again!

In January, we decided to put out home up for sale. We interviewed five agents, the last was Linda Wilhelm. My Husband and I decided to list with Linda and Tarbell, it's a decision we have never reqretted.

Within the hour, Linda had a "For Sale" sign in our yard and from there on she never stopped selling our home. Linda used many different advertising techniques from door hangers to open houses. Our flyer box was never empty, Linda constantly checked to make sure it was full. She is very clever about getting the "word out" that our house was for sale. She is the only agent with illumination on her sign, making it readable at any time day or night.

I cannot say enough good things about Linda. She called everyday to keep us posted on any offers or things we needed to know. She was always there to answer any questions we had. I can't recall one time I tried to call Linda and she didn't answer her phone, she was always working.

At the time the market was slow, but it took Linda only three weeks to sell our home. She stayed involved in every aspect after opening escrpw to be sure things went smoothly. She was present for all the inspections and the appraisal. If I tried to tell you all the thoughtful, go the extra mile, things lind does this letter would be ten pages long. All I can say is if we have another house to sell, Linda will be the first and only agent we call. She is wonderful!
